AIMNET Technical Support includes telephone, help desk and in-home / in-office services
We offer professional support services via telephone, and on-site. Our on-site services include installation, repair, configuration, and training for products we support. Our professional services are sold on a TSU basis. (Technical Support Units) This page will explain what those services are and how our on-site services are provided.
If you are an existing AIMNET customer with an open credit account you may simply call us to schedule an appointment or complete our online scheduling form in our support section. If you are a new customer you are required to pre-purchase our Technical Support Units, (TSU) and submit the online order processing form below.
Please be aware that we only support the products we represent. We do not provide services for products that are not a part of our overall product lines. Please be sure the field service you are requesting is a part of our overall offering.
Our technician may need access to your personal login and password information for various aspects of many of our services. Please be sure you have that information available prior to our arrival at your location.
